This policy applies to all items sold on the MerzzyG store, including digital keys, software licenses, game Cheats, DMA hardware, custom firmware, Makcus, fusers, and physical accessories. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SOFTWARE KEYS • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital keys, software licenses, and virtual goods, we do NOT offer refunds, returns, or store credit under any circumstances once an order is processed or delivered. • 24-Hour Invalid Key Replacement: Replacements are provided ONLY if a key is invalid or defective upon purchase due to a system error on our end. • Proof Requirement: You must open a support ticket in our official Discord within 24 hours of purchase and provide a single, unedited video showing your purchase receipt, the key redemption attempt, and the resulting error. • Exclusions: User error, failure to read system requirements, third-party software conflicts, or change of mind do NOT qualify for a replacement or refund.
DMA HARDWARE & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (DMA Boards, Fusers, Kmboxes, Firmware) • ALL HARDWARE SALES ARE FINAL. We do not issue refunds, returns, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, lack of technical setup knowledge, or PC motherboard/hardware incompatibility. • 7-Day DOA Replacement Window: If hardware arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA) or defective out of the box, you must open a Discord ticket within 7 days of confirmed delivery. • Mandatory Video Proof: You must provide a continuous, unedited video showing parcel unboxing, physical inspection of the hardware, PCIe installation, and the exact power failure or error. • Exclusions: Hardware damaged by forced PCIe insertion, static discharge, improper power connections, unauthorized third-party firmware flashing, or physical modifications is strictly void of replacement rights.
CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES & FRAUD • Opening a dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent claim through PayPal, Stripe, Cash App, Credit/Debit Card, Crypto, or any payment gateway will result in:
Immediate, permanent revocation and termination of all active keys, licenses, and hardware firmware access.
Permanent ban and blacklist across our SellAuth storefront, Discord server, and partner seller networks.
Submission of your transaction details, IP address, device IDs, and ticket logs to global fraud prevention databases and payment processors.
DETECTIONS, BANS & SERVICE UPDATES • All products and software are provided "AS-IS" without guarantees of permanent undetected status, lifetime compatibility, or 100% server uptime. • Game updates, anti-cheat patches, developer detections, or account suspensions/bans are outside our control and do NOT entitle you to refunds, key replacements, hardware exchanges, or extensions. • Use all software and hardware strictly at your own risk.
CRYPTO FEES & OVERPAYMENTS / UNDERPAYMENTS • Accidental overpayments, underpayments, or transactions with insufficient network gas fees are non-refundable and will be treated as voluntary donations. • Always verify the exact sending amount and required network fees before confirming your transaction.
